how long would it last on a 94 lt1 with stock rods pistons crank, with 220/230 .510 lift 114 lsa cam? 74k miles, could i expect at least another 10-15k?

 

The meth injection would definatly help, but theres really no way to say with boost on a stock engine. Detonation is what kills the factory short block, or any shortblock for that matter. If you can keep it from detonating it should last awhile and the meth will help in that regard. A very reputable engine builder told me that even cheap parts would last if the tune is good and you can keep detonation away, and stronger parts will tolerate a little more abuse, but detonation will kill even the best parts eventually. But to give you a more direct answer, I would feel comfy running 8 PSI on a stock shortblock with meth/alky injection on a stock shortblock with good tuning.
