Now I want to put my lt1 into something different

Looks good. I thought about doing the same on my 78 but ended up selling it, the whole car needed too much work.

put the LT1 back in there. Hate seeing people switch to LS motors.
But its still a LT car so i guess i cant be mad at ya.
It looks good though, real nice.

Nice build! Is there any chance you could give me demensions and materials used on the motor mounts you built, I am putting a 6.0 block in my 94z and I didn`t want to change the K-member to do it!

curious, why did you use 5.3 over a ls1 or lq4/9? is that an iron block? looks badass congrats.
