looking all over the net and the only 4'' Od mandrel bends i could find are 6'' radius or bigger(summit)...anyone have know of places that might sell some tigher bends? where do you get your piping???

Stainless Works does custom stuff if you can't find anyone else. Typically the smallest radius they can do in a mandrel is the OD of the pipe itself, so 4" radius would be the tightest you could go with a 4" OD.

Do you have a big truck dealer near you? Peterbilt, Freightliner etc? If so go down there and look through the "Nelson" exhaust catalog or whatever line they carry...they will have what ya need....cheap. I got my 4 inch 90* and turndown for like $35.
