383 Builders, I need Feedback Please....

Recently I bought a 93 camaro z28. I absolutly adore her. I want to heavily modify her and need a few different opinions.
I'm sending out my 2bolt 5.7L LT1 block to be clearenced for a stroker and bored .030 over. I need to know what bottom end I should have it clearanced for.
My ultimate goal is to add a D1SC Procharger to this built 383. That's about 20lbs of boost. 3.73 gears and misc necessities for such a large motor.
As I understand (that's not all that much ) the longer the stroke of the motor, the more torque you get as a result, with peak power coming much lower in the rpms. To fully utilize the blower I'm thinking (yes that can be a problem more often than not) I need a higher powerband. Will I run into issues or should I just get a prefabbed assembly and not worry about it?
Yes it will be forged and I'm leaning towards the lunati crank&rods. I just want to make sure that i'm not short changing the blower and over all power output by getting the wrong combination of bottom end parts.
The top half of the motor will be nicely cnc'd trickflows with custom cam motion cam, etc, etc.
I wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving.
Thank you!
