does anyone know if they came out with a kit for the 3.8L's yet?? i'm really interested in throwing one on my 2001 v6 but i need some info first....

Buick used a really good system in 86 and 87, then in the Turbo Trans Am in 89.

 

I think he was referring to newer vehicles, such as the Grand Prix GTP, 3.8 with a supercharger. Try and lookinto those., should be some people that know about them somewhere, maybe on some GTP boards if they have some.

 

There are no Turbochargers for the 3.8 due to the complexity of creating the system into the cramped quarters of the F-bodyexhaust system. But, Vector Performance created a system just for the F-body using a Powerdyne Supercharger, but they went out of business a few months back. RKSport still sells the supercharger though, if you still wanted to buy it. But I'd wait, because there is another company testing out there own supercharger for the 3.8, it should be out on the market in a few months. The decision is up to you.
