1,000 RWHP Twin Turbo LSx

I went to a local car group meeting in Houston, TX last night and saw this...

Twin T76 Turbos. He did all the work himself. I asked what kind of times he gets in it and he replied he can't get any times in it because it keeps de-teething the T56 tranny. Lol...

It is, I have found out. And I'm told that I understated his HP. Those two TC76's are helping him get 1,300RWHP.

Yeah, I think he made 1000rwhp (or just shy of it) with his twin T70's he originally had.

He said it was a T56 when I asked what tranny he had. He's considering a 4L80E since he's killing these T56(and they have every upgrade available too).

There is something different about it though... maybe a synchroless one. I forget what it is called.... not a standard setup though.

you can shift at any RPM, just makes the horrible sound, and it is very difficult to downshift, makes lots more noise there...
