Exhaust System From headers to exhaust tips

Will a 01 WS6 stock cat-back fit on a 95 Formula?

Will a 01 WS6 stock cat-back fit on a 95 Formula?
I figure it would with a little work, but has anyone done this and if so how did it sound as compared to being on a LS1 car?

It will work, I believe there is some differences in the i-pipe though. Frankly, I doubt there will be much of a difference in tone, I would just opt for an aftermarket catback instead.
