Transverse or universal muffler??
Anyone out there eliminate their transverse muffler and replace it with a universal one? My camaro is a v6 and I'm considering single pipe with 1 Borla center in/out muffler, anyone have this setup? Help...

I replaced the crappy Flowmaster on my Z28 with a single inlet/outlet Dynomax Superturbo muffler. I chose the largest case 3" model available. It fit just fine, all I had to do was weld the hanger cut from the Flowmaster tail pipe onto a 3" elbow. Model 17770 was the one.
