summit chambered race mufflers

summit racing mufflers are they good sounding and do they perform?

So i guess they pretty much all sound the same right?

no, take for example sweet thunder mufflers which are chambered vs flowmasters which are chambered also, sound completely different

wait for someone who knows what they really sound like to reply

in my honest opinion i would think they would sound similar to flowmaster, dont quote me though

Sweet thunders are more of a stick muffler than a chambered muffler like a Flowmaster. They're a tube with kinks in the outer shell and are closely related to a glasspack in design and sound. I guess it depends on your definition of a chambered muffler. To me ST's are stick mufflers above chambered.

The Summit mufflers will sound like the original Flowmasters or Flo Pro chambered mufflers or any other true chambered muffler. It'll have the hollow tinny sound. I wouldn't be suprised if they were made by Flo-pro.
