Exhaust System From headers to exhaust tips

single exit flowmaster

single exit flowmaster

trying to get my car back into street mode on a budget. looking at the single exit flowmaster system 17134. this will be used along with longtubes and an ory. anybody used this set-up or have any clips? thanks.

I had the same kit on my Formula for about 7yrs.
It sounds very similar to the dual out Flowmaster kits but is more efficient because it is SOTL.

Seems a few people really don't like Flowmaster. My favorite would be Magnaflow or Borla, but those aren't exactly in the "budget" catagory

The biggest complaint about Flowmaster has to do with the basic systems made for F-bodies and the use of the 80 series muffler which is more restrictive then a regular single in single out muffler. The Single out catback the OP is referring to uses a 2 chamber 40 series muffler.

The single exit flowmaster system 17134 uses a 30 Series Muffler, that a lot better than the crappy 80 series muffler.
