Mac doesn't keep very much stock of Ceramic coated headers because the sales of them are so small. That pretty much leaves the aftermarket (Jet Hot etc) as the option if you want their products coated and don't want to wait for a long time.

 

Header wrap also works very well to keep your temps down and it looks pretty good if you do it right.
