Quick Pacesetter LT Question

I am halfway through my install here(manifolds off, old gaskets off/cleaned area.) I followed some other advice on this board and pick up another Header install and it says the Felpro gaskets won't work with his particular header, Mac Shortys I think. Will the Felpro work with Pacesetters?

I used the Fel-Pro 1406s, they worked perfect.
