question about this true dual setup?
i ordered the summit universal xpipe with magnaflow mufflers. i am about to order the lt headers. my plan is to set this up without the cats. i heard that runing no cats messes up the air fuel ratio on the car and robs horsepower. does any one know if this is true. secondly what kind of hp do u guys think this set up will make? the car is a bonestock 2002 ss

On the messing up the A/F ratio and robbing HP. Assuming you get a dyno to account for the mods, there is nothing to worry about.
With LT's and TD's, you will get a solid 30-35RWHP. Enough you are going to see it on the ET's and feel it in the seat.
Actually thats not true....
The front o2 sensors are required for determining A/F ratio no matter how you tune the car. The rear o2's are an obd-2 addition used in checking the efficiency of the cats. These can be removed with no performace issues and the check engine light will come on, until the rear ones are detuned by somebody with the software(local dyno tune or through the mail)...
