Question people with pacesetter longtubes

ok me and my buddy just installed my pacestter long tubes Emissions legal. everything went great until we got to the egr valve. The headers are on a 95 z28, i got them and they said they would work with the 94-95z28. Well the egr hookup on the headers is larger then the egr valve. Is there supposed to be some type of adapter that wasnt sent?? Thanks!

Re: people with pacesetter longtubes

There should be a port with a single bolt on it, on the #8 primary. The corrugated tube for the EGR bolts to that connection. The EGR valve is on the back of the intake manifold, not on the headers.

Do you possibly mean the AIR check valves? Is your 95 a CA emissions car (RPO "YF5"). The CA emissions 1995 A4 cars had the "dual-cat" manifolds, with the smaller holes for the AIR connections. All other 95's had the single-cat manifolds with the larger holes for the AIR connections.
