Is the pacesetter ypipe stainless?

Is the pacesetter ypipe stainless?
?? Is it worth me painting it w/ POR which I intend to use on my headers?

Considering the price of the Pacesetter stuff, and the fact that their headers aren't stainless, I'm doubting that it's stainless.
