Pacesetter LTs and ORY with cats???
right now i have stock manifolds, stock y pipe, and SLP Loudmouth catback...i am buying pacesetter coated LTs with emissions, and pacesetter y-pipe....is there any easy way to make this setup work with cats bc I live in NJ and they are tough on emissions...one cat after the y-pipe, or two cats within it works as long as it works for emissions...also if anyone has done this please let me know what you did and any pics are very appreciated. thanks in advance

Yes, they fit like a perfect sized glove. The drivers side is the trickiest, that is where a dimensionally smaller cat is needed because of the fuel/brake lines and the torque arm. On the passenger side, there is gobs of room so it is a non-issue. Long story short, they work great and are a good quality converter.

you got the 3" model Pypes cats right?? and also do you have pics of ur y-pipe with the cats welded in?? bc i wanna see how far up on the driver's side the cat has to be placed?? thanks for the quick responses and great info so far!!

good Bolts, gaskets, copper RTV, good exhaust shop (for cat work), oh and at least 2 days of your life, and while your at it, you might need to replace your hands once your done... have fun on the passenger size couz.. heh...make sure they are coated!!!

Yes, I have the 3" Pypes cats, but sorry, I do not have pics of my setup. The passenger side cat is right at the tail end of the header. The drivers side is spaced about a foot away from the header due to the various junk in the way. Do a search or PM 96Flame, he had a dual cat y-pipe similar to mine and he had pictures. That will give you an idea of how far away the drivers side cat is spaced.
