Plenty of people on here are using the Pacesetter LTs and ORY, but choice of catback varies. Its not a job that requires alot of mechanical know-how, but it does require patience and some time. A lift will help out drastically as well. It wouldn't hurt to do a search, there are plenty of posts covering the actual install and tips and tricks to make it go smoother. Since your car is a 96 and has rear 02 sensors, the Pacesetter ORY will completely eliminate any usage of the cats so you will either need 02 simulators or PCM tuning to prevent an SES light. Also, if you get the headers that do not have the emissions fittings (AIR and EGR), you will need EGR blockoff plates and you will need PCM tuning to edit out those two systems.

I got my mids and they came with a nice copper gasket but the flange gaskets look like cheap paper. I bought a set of 2 1/2" copper ones on Ebay for $10 with the embossed. Other than that i have everything i need and i have to figure out how to get the welded cat to fit the new Y pipe. Any ideas?

Squirt all the bolts with some Liquid Wrench or something along those lines. If you have the time do it a couple of days in advance, and do it a couple of times. Once your done with the install make sure you don't have any wires or anything else to close to the headers or y-pipe. If you do, some zip ties can be really handy at solving that problem. Also watch how your spark plug wires are, so that you don't burn any. Check where the y-pipe is compared to the fuel lines and use some heat shielding tape to protect the fuel lines. Also if the zip ties don't pull any of the wires away from the headers enough, put some heat shielding tape on those also. Good luck, and take your time.
