I've decided I want to completely remove all emissions from my 96 z28. Right now I have converted the dual cats into one magnaflow high flow, but how do I remove o2's sensors from headers without tripping the SES light, because I want to go with racing LT's? I also want to take the egr off my car, what do I need to do this right? I don't want my car to spit out any codes. Any help would be appreciated

 

You have to retain the front oxygen sensors. You can get the rear sensors tuned out with PCM programming. Up until recently, you could get plug in O2 sensor simulators, but I believe the company that made them was barred from selling them anymore by the EPA.

For the EGR system, you just need the appropriate block off plates to cover up the holes that will be left when you pull that system off. The codes for that can also be programmed out.
