help me please does anyone have the exact info for a 95 chevy camero 3.8 liter from the emission label i bought this car being female and not knowing alot about cars i now need to put a new cat in it and the shop will not do it because the label is missing they say they just need the info on it not the label itself. ive gone to ask the mechanic and paid but no results im at my witts end so if anyone can help me i would reallyappreciate it thank you so very much

 

where are you located?
most muffler shops have a parts book that tells them what catalytic converter goes on which vehicle. I would try a different mechanic. Or if you want a new emissions label then take your vehicle registration with you to the dealership and have them order you up a new one. If your in the sacramento,ca area I could recomend a few different shops that could install the right catalyst without a emissions label.
