They are both good catbacks. I like the Hooker because it has a very nice tone to it. As for the Magnaflow, I like the fact that it is all stainless steel construction at a very affordable price.

Yeah, they are both nice sounding systems but the Magnaflow is far superior when it comes to quality and is hard to beat for the price.

I'm very happy with the Magnaflow but it's not the loudest.

i know many will disagree but i dont like the sound of the magaflow. it is on the other hand stainless steel which is a big plus.

as for the hooker i think it sounds great and has a great price to boot. my vote is for hooker

I've had Hooker Aerochamber on my car since 2000, and I am still happy with the sound, quality and performance. It's a great flowing muffler that makes good power. Just call the folks at Thunder Racing and ask them about the Hooker Aerochamber mufflers, and their dyno results when they put them on customer cars as replacements for stuff like Spintech...

They are nice and muscular at idle and cruise, but not too annoying. Then, at wide-open throttle, they roar like a stock car.
