Whats the budget? How loud do you want to go? Lowered car? Stock height?

Well, im not an longtube pro but from what Ive read and seen, kooks is the best all around for ground clearance and performance, but the price shows it. I have heard good things about pacesetter also. For catback systems, i personally love my gmmg, its loud and deep without any rasp. If you want straight loud then SLP Loudmouth II is the way to go. I havent heard much about corsa and borla so I cant really comment on those. My opinion may be biased but id go with GMMG for catback.

If you want the best, get QTP longtubes and Y-pipe, and a Corsa or Borla catback.

Sounds good to most people (I don't care for it personally), not too expensive, but bottom of the pack as far as improving the car's performance over stock. There's one Flowmaster catback (can't remember what it's called right now, but it's the cheapest one) which is actually more restrictive than the stock exhaust.

if you dont care about price, i would do the following

Any high end longtube of your choice
2.5 inch X pipe
High Flow Cats welded into X
Some form of high flow straight through muffler (borla race?)
Over the axle with the tips of your choice

but...this would be extremely expensive, although i think its the best you could get and would pass emissions.
