Exhaust System From headers to exhaust tips

long tube header crises please help?!

long tube header crises please help?!

i just got my pacesetter lt's in the mail today, i hagve the car on blocks and i dont know how the hell to get the pasenger side manifold off the car? let alone hot to fit a fricken header back in there? does anyone have soem advice?

also there are 2 o2 sensors on each side of the exhaust. soc what the hell do do about the extra o2 sensors?

If you didn't purchase emissions legal headers, then you either need to eliminate them and have them tuned out of your PCM, or get cats and some O2 extensions to wire them up after an exhaust shop has welded in some bungs for you.

Have you sprayed all the nuts and bolts involved with this project with some PB Blaster or the like?

Are all the bolts already unbolted?
I found it MUCH easier to get mine off using a 3/8 drive breaker bar with a 3/8->1/4 adaptor and a 10mm 1/4 drive socket. Lots of torque with these.

For pulling it out, I was able to get mine out from the top after moving the Coil packs and some AC parts.

well i got the headers in last weekend and they sound pretty awesome. i ran into a couple more problems but nothin too serious. thanks for all the advice
