You may see up to an extra 10 horsepower at the wheels.

There may be a gain of 10 horsepower at the wheels with just a catback, but 20 is very unlikely. They were referring to a complete exhaust system adding up to 20 horsepower which is very possible with headers.

"SS Intake, SS Hood, Cutout, Highflow cats, flowmaster 80 series muffler

i would guess 10-12hp. the cats aren't helping much as is retaining the stock pipes...and with the cutout...the muffler is not in the picture. and the SS hood is really not that much of a mod.

did you add an aftermarket lid when you did the "ss intake"?? if you did i would boost your total gain up to 15hp

for the other guy...a borla catback should have gained you about 10-13hp overall...assuming you use the "wide open" plate. could have gotten the same gains with a $400 catback like magnaflow and a $30 cutout

If you really want to know exactly, you should have took the car to a dyno before and after your mods..... But that is expensive.

What do you mean by stock headers? Exhaust manifolds? Whats wrong with the cats that are on the car? And you might what to check to make sure a 3" cut-out is the right size for your stock "pipe".
