High Flow Cat Identification (+ Keep It OR Lose It?)

No more emission in my state for 95 and older after july1ST.. YAY.

So since i got my engine out now, I was going to delete the cat.. but looking at it, I think it might be gutted.

I can see right threw it, are some cats that way?
think its any restriction?.. worth taking out.

I dont know what exactly it is, but i know its not stock beacuae there is no secondary air port. It was on the car when I bought it

So, should I try to gutt it some more (if there is any honycomb on the walls (havent checked), or delete it. I dont know it there will still be a visual inspection or not.

yea it does..

well thats fine. I was going to do it anyway, but this seller I bought the car from on ebay is looking worse and worse.. someome might have bought this car that needed to pass and they wouldnt have.

good thing it does not matter to me.

So, how would a straight pupe in the place of it make it flow better?. or is a guttet cat almost as good as a test pipe?
