Yeah that's pretty low. 
Definitely not stock springs. They look like they could be Eibach Sportlines. Ground clearance would definitely be a concern if you ran long tubes
Here's mine when it had sportlines (the rear springs are stock SLP, so the rear is about 1" higher than it would if I had sportlines on the rear)
Here's my ground clearance after I went to long tubes: (I have since went back to stock SLP Level II springs)
