if your goal is power then dynatecj and magnaflow
if you want a good sound then either one of the headers and I'm partial to the hooker sounds nice at idle then screams @ WOT
yer budget yer choice
I have posts of my sounds

that the problem. i want good sound but have power! i was thinking dual but their hard to do and i ain't going to find somebody to give me a high price custom job on dual exhaust system! friend of my spend almost seven hundred buck's of a custom dual exhaust system that he let someone do at midas. i don't wanna do that. i don't mind spining around six to eight hundred dollars on headers and exhaust system. i just want power and sound!
ok. i am gettin longtube headers from hookers but i am thinking making a custom dual exhaust with cat and glasspack. i hope this should do it unless their a problem with that!
also is their any picture's of a set up like this before with glasspacks?

Glasspacks are more for the OLD muscle cars in my opinion. It really depends on what sound you're looking to achieve but if you don't want just a bland tone with more volume then I would look into having some Borla or Bassani mufflers welded in if you go the custom cat-back route.
Whatever you do, go stainless. You'll pay more for it but you won't have to deal with unsightly rust later down the road.
Also, many of those other pre-coated headers out there don't have that great of a coating on them. The coating sometimes last only weeks or months before it starts to flake off. Then your non-stainless headers will start to rust. If you don't mind that happening as long as you spend less money then there's nothing wrong with going that route. But if you can afford to spend a few extra dollars go with stainless headers and a stainless cat-back and never have to worry about a thing.
We have a good selection of headers and cat-backs on our site:
http://marylandspeed.com/lt1-fbody-19931997-c-122.html
All Kooks LT1 headers are on sale w/free shipping and free coating (the coatings that we use last and won't chip, flake, etc.), and all LT1 cat-backs are also on sale with free or greatly reduced shipping.

Well if you're looking to run 12's I'm going to recommend spending the money on some long tube headers, and maybe just welding in some Borla mufflers or something like I said before. Glass-packs will give you sound, but a quality muffler will give you GOOD sound.
But you're going to need all the potential you can get to run mid 12's with bolt-ons. I'll look forward to hearing from you next month though and we'll see if we can work something out on whatever budget you're trying to stick with.
