From what I've read, heard, and seen in person, they have about as good of a fit and ground clearance as any header you can get. You can't really get any better, but you can certainly do worse. I plan on getting the coated pacesetters for my car this spring/summer. All the info and reviews I've read on them has me sold on the price vs. quality, performance, and fitment.

I put ss autochrome (e-bay) LT's on my 99. I bought a hooker Y pipe, chopped it up, welded 2 high flow cats in it. This total ran me about $600. I think thats a good price for stainless headers (that fit great), a y pipe with cats, and some 3" band clamps. It will take a little bit of labor and welding on your half though.
