ARP sells them. I don't think you'll need them though. After a few heat cycles retorque them down and they should be good.

Straight from the Summit catalog.

Black Oxided Chromemoly
ARP-100-1402 Small Chevy, 12 point $44.95
ARP-100-1412 Small Chevy, hex $36.95

Polished Stainless Steel
ARP-400-1402 Small Chevy, 12 point $81.95
ARP-400-1412 Small Chevy, hex $51.95

I prefer the 12 point heads because of the clearance issues involved with the cramped LT1 engine bay. Makes getting a wrench on them(and actually tightening them) easier.

Here's a question:

One of my header bolts wont go in, seems the threads got crossed and now no bolt will thread through. Its the one that goes to the #8 cylinder. Or it could be the #7. Either or, its at the end near the firewall, passenger side.

To solve this problem I decided to put a bolt in one of the holes at the end past where the header ends and use a very large washer to go over the end of the header and hold it in place.

Any thoughts to that idea? Do you think I'll encounter the same problem as the poster to this thread?

Should work as a temporary fix. Have you tried cleaning up the thread with a chaser? I did that to all mine the last time I had the headers out and got out a bunch of junk. All the bolts go in nice and easy now.

Horsepower tv showed some ARP? iirc bolts that were cutacross the threads and drilled then once you tightened the bolt in there was a allen head bolt inside of that that you tightened down and it spread it out sort of like those plugs you use in drywall ya know?

I'm with LT1PWR. 12 point is usefull in many places on LT1. I also use 6 side arp SS bolts. Some places are easy to access with 3/8 open end wrench. I have many 3/8" wrench lengths and attachments. I did clearance the headers for expansion which limits the heat load on the bolts. I use a Felpro exhaust gasket. B.

I actually have S/S breslins and dont like them too much. With my hookers I cant get a closed end wrench or socket on them, and because they are 12 point I cant use the open end...I'm thinking about going to hex studs.
