Header Gaskets

I ordered a set of Jet Hot LTs/y-pipe from Maryland Speed. Just wondering what is the best header gasket to use.

I will check the Perceys gaskets. Do you have a part #? Send me a e-mail.

Yes, please list the part number for those. Not to steal your thread, but if anyone can list the felpro part number as well, that would be great. Thanks.

I haven't had any problems with the Fel-Pro 1406s either. They are a good gasket set and not very expensive.

Earl's Pressure masters, $40 the first time then $25 for replacement seals to go inside the framework, not cheap but cheaper than trying a bunch of cheaper options and having them fail.

I've had good luck with a copper gasket and using some Walker exhaust sealant on them. the exhaust sealant is a bit messy, but I've used this on probably a hundred cars over the past 4 years and have seen no complaints.

I got the Percys brand from Autozone for $40.00. The guys who work there told me to just put 2 paper gaskets to together on each side. I thought was a little odd.

i just replaced my set of Percy's with the felpro 1406's. the Percy's were smaller than the exhaust ports on stock heads.
