Has anyone had to send in their DMH cutouts for warranty?

Update: Recieved 8/11/10, look brand spanking new. Thanks Dave!

I got some DMH 3" cutouts last october. The first week, one of the orings that seal the butterfly started falling out. It had a small leak so i tried to not let it bother me too much. Then one day in May, i pushed the button to open and i could tell 1 side didn't open. Got under there and the acutator was loose and about to fall off on the other one.

I called DMH and he said no problem, just send them in. I sent them in priority mail hoping it wouldn't take too long. Well, they have had them since 6/1 and i've called three times since then with the same answer "I'll look into it and call you back". Still no idea whats going on.

Has anyone else had to send their cutouts in for repair and how long did it take?? I bought these because I heard they have good warranty. If its gonna take months to fix when they break, I won't be sending them in anymore and will figure out how to fix myself.

Thanks,
James

I have a Summit brand on my car, so far so good. It's only been six months though.
