dont really like the mangnaflow

dont really like the mangnaflow

so my bird has mangnaflow muffler on it and i dont really like the way it sounds i mean its not bad just want something different. any suggestions was thinking of flowmaster always loved them. sound clips would be great thanks

Youtube is always good for sound clips...I personally Like The SLP LMs ( why I bought them) and The hooker catbacks with Exhaust cutouts. Very nice.

i have been looking at cutouts. whats the best brand to go with? what kind of hp would come out of that?

The Magnaflow flows pretty well as is so you might not see very much in the gains department. As for the sound though, it will make a nice improvement. I went with the stainless steel QTP cutout which ran about 45 bucks to weld into the stainless steel Magnaflow i-pipe.

Yeah just plain old Cutouts are cheap but If you get Electric QTP cutouts can be a little more expensive $115+ http://www.mphparts.com/mm5/merchant...FQ4yGgodphpEGw

Yeah, I'm just running their standard cutout, but its stainless steel. I haven't had the need for an electric one, my cutout is open all the time except when I take it in for emissions which is every two years.
