Cutout or Dump

I was thinking about which one would be best, i love loud cars, but i would like to be discreet sometimes, but on that same token, the flowmaster system on my car is not exactly quiet, i dont know, what do you guys think.

Hands down on the cutout... im running in conjunction with a borla catback and its awesome. Loud and quiet with a dump at the flick of a switch
