As long as you are aware of the cost, the Borla and Corsa systems will cost alot more versus the SLP. Of the three, I would go with the Corsa.

I've owned 2 of those exhausts and my buddy has owned the other. Here is my Feedback.

SLP Loudmouth with cat and stock manifolds- Awesome on a stock car, very deep and loud.
SLP Loudmouth w/o cat and SLP headers- The most raspy and crackly of all the exhausts. Way to loud and nasty for my tastes.

Borla w/o cat and SLP headers- With the open plate in the car it was extremely raspy and nasty sounding, very similar to the Corsa just worse. With the closed plate it sounds very nice and very clean, but mean.
Borla, SLP headers, and with a Cat- Very clean crisp and refined. A little deeper sounding than the Corsa.

Corsa w/o cat and SLP headers- Sounds really raspy and just plain nasty
Corsa, SLP headers and Bullet muffler instead of cat- Less raspy and crackly but still not very refined.
Corsa, SLP headers and Hi flow cat- Absolutely awesome sounding. It sounds incredibly clean and crisp. The winner hands down.

I'm currently running the Corsa with the Bullet muffler, and will be adding the Hi-flo cat back on the car when my Stainless ball flange sockets arrive.

My buddy has the TSP rumbler C/B on his 96 TA. Sounds AWESOME! It's basically an SLP LM. He thinks it's a bit loud for him (ORY and LT's)... We decided to swap cat backs..

I had the TSP Rumbler with l/t's and no cats, wasnt loud enough for me. No I have a single 12" bullet dumped before the axle. Still not good enough, now I want true duals with an x dumped...

If you're considering on spending $800,which the Borla costs then how about the GMMG chambered exhaust.

so I've been leaning towards the corsa but I have hooker LT's and I was planning on cutting the cat, so z95m6 you think it would sound nasty with the cat removed? Also, MARKTHOMASBRAND I've been hearing a little about the GMMG chambered exhausts on this site and I was wondering where could I order one from, are they made of stainless steel, would it sound alright without the cat and how is the performance compared to something like the corsa or borla. By the way I really appreciate everyone that has been putting input on this because I'm going to be spending a lot and want to do it right the first time.

Hi eliterider06,
Go to www.gmmginc.net to view their chambered exhaust, and yes it is stainless steel.Removing the cat will gain you hardly any horsepower and can sometimes make an exhaust raspy,a cat- back will sound fine with a cat in place.

LT's do change the sound of an exhaust and tend to clean it up a little more in my opinion. You can try the Corsa or the Borla but they may still be pretty raspy. If you purchased one of those exhausts i'd almost plan on installing a bullet muffler in the y-pipe at the very least if not a cat. I believe Marcin or xxsaint69xx, had LT's off road pipe and a Corsa so you might ask him what he thinks. He also now has a GMMG so he can give you a good opinion on both. The last thing I might suggest to you is to buy a used catback. If you're going to buy a stainless steel one its still going to have a long long life left in it and it should still look good. I bought my Corsa for $450 and it looks great and i saved about $300 in the process. If you're going LT's you're going to have to cut and weld on the exhaust anyways might as well get a used one to begin with.

To second Z95m6, I had SLP shorties + high flow cats + Corsa...and it did some awesome. Unfortunately due to STRICT CA emmissions and multiple failures, now I'm back to the stock y-pipe, but it still sounds awesome.

Personally, I chose b/w Corsa or GMMG (sorry, please no flaming emails from Borla followers). I chose Corsa, b/c it's quiet at idle and low RPMs...I live in a nice area, and don't need to attach any more attention then necessary.
