I'm using the Kooks LT1 headers with AIR and EGR fittings. I am also using their Y-pipe with cats. Finished off with a Borla cat back. I have all the AIR and EGR equipment installed. I passed emissions (barely) in Northern VA, which is pretty strict (dyno w/ two sniffs at 15 and 25 mph for OBD1 cars). Everything bolted together perfect and the car was louder with this system than with my hookers and custom Y-pipe w/ random tech cats. Clearance under the car improved also. No issues with codes, but I could be lucky.

Not true. A cop can do a roadside inspection and ticket you for missing emissions equipment just like they can ticket you for malfuntioning safety equipment.
