Raleigh to Norfolk?

Anyone know the best route to take from the Raleigh Area to Norfolk Virginia? I would likr to avoid speed traps and the like along the way.

I40 west, 540(north?), 70 west, 85 north, 58 east.

Then your on your own. But that should get you in the norfolk area. But there are cops that sit in the median of 58.

Yea I heard that 58 is a big speed trap, in fact, I have heard that the entire state of Virginia is a huge speed trap.
