Cool, thanks for the replies. Dan, I know they have emissions tests up there. I am looking to move to charlotte soon and I was thinking about putting headers, high-flow cats, and flowmaster exhaust on the car. I was also going to be putting two cut-outs after the cats. I was wondering when it comes to them testing the car, do they give you crap about the cut-outs?I sure it depends on where you go, but do you have any suggestions?

They do a plug test now, all they do is hook up to the obd2 port and test the computer and junk. I haven't gotten any grief over my cutout "yet" but I haven't got it inspected since I moved to an emissions county.
