Question Charlotte Emissions

How hard are Charlotte area emissions, particulary in the UNCC area, to pass? I may be going to college there next fall, and I may also be running Hooker LTs. Houston's emissions are pretty tough, but I only have manifolds and a cat, so I get by. LTs are a different story. I'm not looking to pull any trickery to pass either, if I can't do it with LTs, I just won't run em and go with a smog legal header, such as MAC.

There's more than enough places that will pass you... I wouldn't worry about it much.
