I have some very basic questions regarding torque convertors. I just purchased a 3400 Yank stall convertor.
What all do I need to install and run this? I know a tranny cooler. I was planning on running the B&M 24000 one out of Jegs. What else do I need? Shift kit?

Also, my stock 4l60-E tranny has about 96000 miles on it. I think it is beginning to start to have a tiny slip to it. It is very irradict. I plan on having it race built to 550 rwhp in February. Is this stall convertor going to tear up the tranny a ton quicker? Do you think my tranny will make it until Feb. if I was to put in the torque convertor this weekend? Thanks
