width of lt1/ls1 10 bolt rear?

i am going to try to use a disk brake rear end for my 89 s-10 project i have going. however before i buy a complete ls1/lt1 rear end- i would like to know how wide they are. if anyone would be able to measure theirs (and tell me where you measured from) so i can check the fit first- i would greatly appriciate it.

The Strange data for the 4th Gen rear axle assembly shows a width of 64.72" between the axle flanges (face that the wheel mounts to.). The 3rd Gen rear is 3" narrower.
