Ok, first off i wanna say i have a M6 with 4.10 gears. My original tranny blew so i bought a rebuilt one from some guy i know. Now that i put the tranny in, it drives fine and also but the speedometer seems way slower then what i should actually be at.

Also shouldnt the speedometer needle be sitting on 0mph when at a stop? Mine is like a little below that so when i start to roll (5-7mph) its just passing 0mph.

Now i got all my mods in my sig programmed by MadZ28. Since i put a different tranny in would the PCM have to be reprogrammed? Also its almost hard to shift into reverse, kinda like i have to muscle it in! Im thinking i might not of connected something when i put the tranny. Could something cause it from being hard to put in reverse? Everything else is awesome on the tranny
