Why isn't my street twin disengaging??

Why isn't my street twin disengaging??

I've got the older setup where you replace the piston & sleeve in the slave cylinder & machine .050" off the fork nut. I've bleed it several times but it still will not disengage. Any help will be appreciated.

I've searced & searched on this & it seems to be a common problem but nobody seems to have a definate answer. Anyone? I think I'll just try to build a longer pushrod for either the slave or master cylinder.
