Who loves there 12 bolt

Found out i can not get a posi on anything bigger then 31 spline for the 9" so......

I might have to get a 12 bolt. Now the question would be strange or moser, but who loves there 12 bolt and what power are you using it with?

Strange 12-bolt, 33-spline HD posi, ABS for more than 4 years. Absolute plug-and-play.... no noise, no driveshaft issues, no TA issues, no assembly, etc.

Currently running an 800HP 381/nitrous setup, 4.10 Pro Street gears. I picked the Strange because I saw it stand up to close to 1,000HP in George Baxter's 3,900# 30th SS convertible. When I bought it, the only choices were Strange and KTRE.... Moser wasn't making them.

I've got a Moser 12 Bolt with 33 spline axles and richmond 3.55 gears. I love my rear for the street. It has also taken 2 years of 5000 rpm clutch pops on ET streets with a basically stock motor. (thats not to say the rest of the car has lasted as well)

Uhm, where the hell are you looking??? I'm currently running 35 Spline's with a Detroil Locker in my Nova, as well as a friend of mine running the same thing... (Both Ford 9" fabbed rears)

Another car I work on is running 40 Splines with a Spool in his 9".
Infact there are MORE options for the 9" rear end gear and carrier wise than the 12 bolt.

I said i couldn't get a 33 spline with posi. I either have to go to lockers or spool.

I want to stay with posi (for now) my friend has a locker and he said if i had auto i would be alright but since i have t56 i would hate it.

Love mine. Moser 12 bolt, 33Spline eaton post, 4.11 motive gears and all the extra goodys. Mostly stock motor right now but I was chewing up diff bearings and said screw it and got a 12 bolt. it will come in handy once I biuld an all forged 355 and force some 10-15 PSI of boost throgh it

Even though I have the Moser, either company is just as good as the other with rear ends. My nova has a strange rear, and so does my dad's 2000hp dragster. So either way its just as good as the other.

Basically what I am saying is, go with whatever is cheaper (best value), part for part.

Aww man, I hate my 12-bolt. It's too reliable, it was too easy to install, I can run a spool in it and of course, the terrible problem of being able to launch off the brake @ 20# of boost w/o having to bring my "recovery shovel" along.
