Where and how do you adjust the master cylinder on a ST

just like it says. i've been having this problem not being able to get into first gear very well and reverse i can't get into unless the car is not running but in the "on" position. i was wondering if by adjusting the master cylinder it would take care of my problem. any picts or info would be greatly appreciated!

Re: Where and how do you adjust the master cylinder on a ST

Had the same problem only w/ reverse. Believe it or not for me anyways I had to put 500+ miles and then the situation resolved itself. I don't remember exactly how to adjust if off the top of my head since it's been several yrs. I know it's not hard though. Not that that helps any. Sorry.
