What T-56 shifter,handle,&ball work in a 69' Camaro

What T-56 shifter,handle,&ball work in a 69' Camaro
1969 Camaro w/ 94' LT1 and T-56.
I'm taking out the stock T-56 Shifter. I'm thinking Pro 5.0 but what angle of the stick feels right in these first gens. I'm using a stock ball of a 02' SS. I like the leather feel, but I'm open to suggestions on all of this. Also, What boot looks good? How do I tastfully mount the boot to the carpeted floor. I'd like a boot that shows the shaft. Thanks for the help.
