What suspension parts are best.

I'am in the market for some suspension upgrades, but first I need some help with what to get. I now I need a torque arm but should I get an ajustable one and who makes the best one.
Second what about LCA's, do I need ajustable, rubber or poly ends, what about relocation brackets, my car isn't lowered so do I still need them. Could someone help me out with what works the best, it's for a 94 z

I personally use BMR components. I hear Spohn is good too.
