what stall for my car

i know this has been asked alot on here but i cant find and suggestion for a car with bolt on. if any one can give advice it would be very helpful. i have a 1996 camaro b4c police package camaro with 120,xxxmi on it i am planning a rebuild and shift kit for the car b4 the summer. i have or will have by the time this happens:
shorty headers a cut out with no cats
cold air intake descreened maf
30lb fuel injectors
1le smooth intake elbow
hypertech programming or pcm for less
granatelli control arms
6a msd ignition 8.5mm msd wires
and a recent tune up and opti spark

i do drive this car alot i put about 1500mi a month on it so it has to be drivable, but i do take it to the track once in a while. so any thought would be great.

I have a 3200 stall on my bolt-on car and i have no drivability issues. Just make sure you get a lock up converter and you will not lose very much gas mileage.

Got 7 years on my 3600 stall 9.5" Vigilante with lock up...420rwhp...25mpg on highway..Give Precision Industries a call and they'll recommend an appropriate stall...I can't say enough good things about it.....

anything from 3000 to 3600 and you should be fine just what suits you best.
