What size trans cooler?
Getting ready to buy a BM trans cooler for a 3400 stall. What size GVW should I get and where should I mount it?

When I had an auto I used the square B&M one with an integral fan mounteds under the passenger headlight.

There are many ways to do this, the fan-based models give you more mounting options due to their forced cooling. I use the B&M 70266 mounted in front of the condenser.

use a long Tru-Cool LPD4490 cooler. Its the biggest and most efficient you can fit in a fbody. Mounted it up in front of the radiator with some flat strapping that came with it. Ebay had the best price.
