What part is this????? Pic inside
Okay i was getting my tranny mount changed and my mechanic found this part broken on my tranny. Is this part very important? Im currently driving my car without it. This is off my 93 camaro z28 M6.

That's the reverse lockout solenoid, with the harness connector broken off. Without that, it gets a bit difficult to push the shifter all the way to the right to engage reverse. You can still strongarm it in though.
