I got my computer speedo reprogrammed by pcm for less for the 4.10 gears I bought and havent put in yet. I thought my car had 3.73 gears but wasnt real sure. Its a M6 and it will go maybe 35 in first gear and 65-70 in 2nd. Now with the speedo calibrated its 10 mph off. So what rear gears do you think I have in there now. I just hope I bought the right 4.10 for the right carrier. Thanks and any help will be so helpful.

 

m-6 come with 3.42s stock so i believe u have teh rigth carrier , its the 3 series i belive

 

2 SERIES carrier = 2.73-3.08
3 SERIES carrier = 3.23 & up

If you have a 2 series carrier for some odd reason, There is a spacer to use a 2 series carrier with 3 series gears (3.23 and up) but if you have a 3 series carrier and bought gears for a 2 series carrier you will need a carrier from a 2 series rear. Hope that helps. -Joe
