What does Flash the Stall mean?

I just installed a 2800 lockup converter and keep reading where some people say to Flash the Stall, and others say to brake the stall, but I have no idea what Flashing the stall means.

Re: What does Flash the Stall mean?

Flashing the stall means going WOT from idle. The RPMs jump to the stall speed, and the converter "flashes"
